Technically, TLS is looking great. A breakout from it's long down trend. I suggest it is worth buying before it goes ex-dividend as I wouldn't be surprised if it recovers from going ex very quickly - essentially picking up a dividend (or part dividend) for free.
If you believe that the focus will now be on reliable dividend paying stocks, there is none better than TLS on the ASX - it is a better sector to be in than even the banks.
A lot of overseas money will probably start coming to Australia looking for yield (you can't get much yield overseas now) and TLS will be the main beneficiary IMO.
