Agree.
Also to be kept in the mind that one of the shareholders (from HC) when they wished to discuss with Andrew Arnold about Crown during the height of the last stoush were directed to James and how he was very convincing that Crown is a waste patch.
The same James had gone and joined FRG. Put two and two together.
In the investor presentation on 12-05-11, NC stated in the opening that the strategy (of selling Crown to FRG) was broadly endorsed by the major shareholders but the timing was not.
He actually says, "While the strategy was broadly speaking endorsed, timing of the transaction was not endorsed. Not widely endorsed."
So in reality the proposal was never dropped. So the timing of this movement is very significant.
