The lack of communication is the problem here. There has been nothing from management regarding these and other issues.

While you have been away several posters have been attempting to speak to the company with these very questions. Unfortunately , those people have been ignored .

So the answer is , nobody knows. All STO has said is that they will review it .

Regardless of which way it goes , it is pretty ordinary behaviour from ESG management toward their shareholders.

With regard to the Alan Fanton question , I guess he would still have a job at least until the vote in Oct.

Referring to the STO slideshow 18/7 once again . Slide 5 shows the new jv structure post transaction. It clearly shows that ESG will still exist as a unit . I had previously suspected that it would disappear as STO intends to be the operator.

I guess that answers my question about whether ESG management people will continue to have a role post SOA.
