Investor, the market cap fully diluted is closer to around $120m. We have options on issue and Socius, our beloved parasite conerstone investor (i should really give them a chance heheh) is to receive another 234m shares for $10m plus the have right to buy up to another 234m options or thereabouts. Plus there will be free shares handed out to Socius due to the re-pricing mechanism.
And we already have around 600m of options. All of these figures are in addition to the 3b shares on issue you based your calcs on.
It's very hard to keep up with how many shares and options are floating about but its safer to assume a market cap of around $125m...to be on the safe side.
Still very cheap IMO. A more reasonable mcap would be around $250-300m.
