I realise some people have an issue with my posting style...and thats fair enough. I respect your input GregNZ as someone purportedly involved in the medical field, and would like to know your opinion on this subject...namely being:
"The ability to immunize patients at the very earliest stages of carcinogenesis, when they have fully competent immune systems, has the potential to cause a paradigm shift in how therapeutic cancer vaccines are tested and used clinically"

CVac is a therapeautic cancer vaccine...is it not?
How then is this "not even remotely related" to PRR???

I dont understand all the venom. All I was doing is posting some relevant and IMHO pertinent, information to back up my own personal belief that it is only when the above happens that we will see the full implications and value of early administration(ie pre chemo) of immunotherapies.
