OBJ is having a development program, but the 2nd last paragraph says:
"The development program will define the product functionality, market expectations, physical designs, regulatory pathways and manufacture and distribution options."
This means it will take time and $$$ to develop the program. The regulatory probably take the longest. Correct me if I'm wrong.
