This development program will cost a lot of $$$, correct.

It will cost a lot more than the 5 mil in the bank which they have previously stated they would prefer not to touch, so my question is, where is the multi millions of dollars required to develop & commercialize these new pain patch products going to come from?

Imho, it certainly won't be coming from their s/holders.

My first guess would be the FMCG#1 company.

My second guess would be GSK?

Imho, the answer to this question is not very far away.
