Tui and Pot - I'm glad that you see value in the UK potentials - for me however they represent something that I think would be beyond a small cap like NWE.

All the "easy" oil has been drilled - meaning that their potential fields are most likely going to be difficult jobs for a relatively small resource. It will probably cost more to explore the resource than exploit it given the current price of oil.

My attraction to NWE early on was that at the time - it was self funded by the Puffin find - so for me given that the SP was trading at near cash backing then (2.5/3 cents) it was a simple investment.

I feel more confident in finding substantial resources in Aus vs the UK simply due to the size of the potential finds and the fact that most of Aus's large land mass hasn't been exhaustively investigated (as the UK has given it's relatively small size).

So far all of NWE's Aus holdings that have been explored haven't lived up to expectations - there's nothing management can do about that - they did their best and the drill gave an answer - thats why I feel - for my investment strategy at least - if we don't get a positive hit in September I'll be exiting my holdings from NWE as I really don't think it suits my aims.

It might suit yours - and that's great - but I feel that there's a lot more potential with other companies that have holdings in either Aus, Africa or Sth America.

I'm hoping we get a whopping great result from the current samples though.
