The SP of EDM will move up to 0.6-0.8 once Baita is in the bag.
Once PDI recommence drilling in Nov, 1c should be no problem


Basically EDM and PNR terminated the farmin without penalty. EDM will not need to spend $2m on PNG.

Once PDI spent $2m, EDM will have to pay 40% of expenses thereafter.
