The good sign is that we're still be accumulated and in order to do that without pushing the price up (due to the low liquidity) they are having to play a harder game of manipulation.
Nothing for sale at this price, so they push the price up slowly to say 3.45 where they get a little bit of volume, then they smash it back down to try and get some stop losses on the way.
With hopefully less then 20 trading days left until we have a rail agreement sorted, surely the buying will be increased soon or they will miss out on getting the volume they want.
