Im still confused by the rights issue and possible motives of PNO. Obviously its better for them to suppress the sp so the underwriter gets the lions share.

But at this stage we haven't even approved the issue. So do they need to get the sp up first and get the go ahead? or will they try back us into a corner and see what happens.

If the sp stayed at 0.6c or lower, I would probably approve the issue anyway and just not participate. Which is what they want.

Has anyone seen further followup print ads? I've been looking in Melbourne herald sun since sundays ad but haven't stumbled upon one yet but may have missed it. I actually missied Sundays ad until it was brought to my attention.
