csg involves dewatering the coal seam and then collecting the hydro's as they escapes due to the reduction of pressure surrounding the coal seam. Unless i am mistaken there are specific dewatering issues with shale.
I speculating that farmers and thus politicians won't care about desert regions like the Cooper, they are focused on Agricultural land. That is the thrust I am postulating via this thread.
