Hammer reversal pattern today is bullish.
This could explain the volume yesterday/today.

Says PDN expects to secure contracts to supply fuel to China's 2nd largest builder of nuclear power plants (China Guangdong) as the country looks to increase generation 4-fold by 2015.
PDN expects to supply CG with material. Suggests China will eventually need 44 mil pounds of U and that CG will require around 60% of that.
Also mentioned CG have hired people who are currently at Bigrlyli (NT) U/vanadium project- the jv between PDN & Energy Metals
