Birdy, under a non-standard margin loan agreement, the lender is the owner of the shares. Was this the agreement in place that allowed Kasbank to sell 'Sigalla's' shares, thereby circumventing ASIC freeze orders as well as the Bankruptcy code? I am guessing 'yes'.
