I feel for PTR management - bit of bad luck with the recent round of global turmoil occuring during the cap raising period.

It is quite simple though, IMHO who would give 'favourable consideration to increading [their] holding' via the cap raising when they can buy off the market potentially 2.5 cents below the offer price?

Let's hope for PTR that the SP moves north to make the offer price attractive.
