    Hi Hajji,

Yes we can according to the corps act. Needs to be either 100 members wanting one or members holding a combined 5% stake.

As Hajji said, if we are going to go down, we need to make sure there is blood. More importantly all shareholders need to be made aware why this is not in our best interests. Having come back from Eastern Europe, shareholders just hearing the directors point of view in this instance is akin to communist propaganda being blurted out from the audio broadcast system into people's homes...

If we are going to do this, we need to go about it the right way.

Please feel free to provide feedback/suggestions but I think this is what we need to do:

    - Write a detailed letter to the board (without getting too emotional) explaining why this merger is not in the interests of CER shareholders and propose alternative resolutions/solutions we believe are in the interests of the company

    - Get 100 shareholders to provide their SRN and shareholding to have ready to go in the event that we are going to call one

    - Should the board not be willing to listen, then we go down the EGM path. The board will say, this is a waste of management resources and money blah blah blah but so was spending millions of dollars on consultants, investment banks etc to arrange a deal that devalues CER by many many millions of dollars.

Feel free to email me directly at [email protected]

ANy thoughts? Any recommendations that you fel we should put forward?

Would shareholders on here be comfortable in providing their SRN and shareholding for the above purpose? Remember we are all on the same team here.

With NTa @ 41c, gearing of 40%, and a weighted avg cap rate of over 7.5% for our properties, solid reliance on non-discretionary retailers, it is disgusting to see where the share price is at the moment.

    Cheers
