There has always been a gulf between expectations and reality for CCC.

IMO it's a solid stock that has suffered because it was hyped as a stratospheric stock.

So people look at it and see a failed stratospheric stock instead of a solid stock that's meeting its potential. A perceived failed stock creates negative sentiment, and we end up at 2.5c and fundamentals be damned.

Very few coal stocks are going to be an overnight ten-bagger, and those that are will likely be through takeovers, or at least takeover speculation. Coal mines are slow to develop, low margin and capital-intensive and value creation should not be expected short-term.
