Someone bought 100M yesterday knowing about announcement today comfortably sold more than half at good price, now buyers are down. Is it Insider trading or still buying?
Why company not gone for trading halt and used word imminent and allowed trading? Is it only allowed to offload? My openion only. Any Idea? Will know by the end of the day
