Neil, surely there would be a conflict of interest with CNP holders voting, especially when they are known senior lenders and the known history of CNP equity stop.
Do you think it's arguable that ordinary shareholders get stuffed over by holders with an agenda for their CNP holding.
I just see this as wrong.
