No. I read an article in the paper that suggested that complaints about doctors have increased, most being that they are abrupt and rude. I had to take my elderly mother to the local doctors and was seen by a GP of Indian descent. He was very abrupt rude and arrogant, and basicially told her to take two aspirin.
Turned out she had a severe middle ear infection that was affecting her balance.
Perhaps this is how they practice medicine in those countries, who knows?
