About 2 weeks ago I decided to bury all the vegie peelings in the garden where I hoped to start my vegie patch.

Well Got some more soil improver etc and dug all that in a couple of days ago.
Not a vegie peel in sight, and then I spied them- yes WORMS. Didn't realise anyone could get so excited about seeing them in their garden!!!
Have planted some tomatoes, lettuce, capsicum and carrots. Gave them also a nice dose of seaweed fertiliser.Fingers crossed.
Need to improve the soil by the grapefruit, mandarin and lemon trees as the area around there could also be used perhaps for sweet corn and some nice spinach, spring onions and strawberries.
See how the first lot go.

Anyone else having problems with caterpillars, seem to LOVE my hibiscus and gardenias.
