Whatever you say Hooter, and keeping on joking about 'ore reserve' and 'buyback vices' for as long as you like for all I care.
As a trader you just take whatever is offered to you, buyback or no buyback.
For what its worth, the key resistance is at $3.69 (imo) which is the blue line of the long term downtrend. If that breaks then shareholders may see better days.
Right now, its in limbo but we'll be wiser on where this is headed in the short term very soon.
