what's your guess on nmdc deal, page-31

guess on NMDC offer - there are approx 250,000,000 ordinary LCY shares, so if NMDC wanted a 50% stake of LCY that's how many shares it would have to be issued: if it wanted 25% of LCY then half of that......

my guess would be that for a 50% stake NMDC would offer 20c per share, and if they wanted a 25% stake then 25c per share - that's top weight for me. The 50% stake would give LCY $50m to play with, the 25% stake $31.25m..... both acceptable I'd say in the current climate - it's just not like a few years ago when companies were throwing money around - in today's environment getting a $50m bag of money is no easy thing, and I reckon LCY would grab it.....
