For you to suggest that Mr Cottee somehow doubts his own ability here or doubts the doability of the Crux deal simply because he is not buying shares in Nexus is to build a straw man argument. Why would he bother buying on the market when he knows the board is going to give him 2.3m NXS shares for nix?
Mate go back and look at when Mr Cottee was given big mobs of options by QGC. I think you'll find he got one large block only a few months before BG made their move. Mr Cottee has form, in several respects.
