How can the lawyers not be available for the proceedings? Is it because they realized what they are up against, were they not up to it and afraid and made a runner? You wait for the court date and tell everybody you look forward to your day in court and then you are not available? Halloooo! Maybe time to change lawyers and get somebody who is up to it.
