Im in for the medium-long term, the areas you mentioned are great ones but have boomed massively already
Im looking at frankston close to the beach which always goes north in value over time, the new freeway which will be completed by 2008 will bring great value to surrounding areas, also if the marine gets the nod to be built in frankston growth will be greater
your investments in carlton & elwood were a very smart move elwood especially
