Why transfer from card to card and take any risk?
Pay them out with some of the raising money and once Datang is off and running I'm sure they will be able to place some shares or covert some options based on strong Datang results. IMO the last man standing from the old board should be pushing hard for the payout so it gives the new board a clean slate that investors can have confidence in.
