Lakey - PC is a nice guy to speak to isn't he. Yep, I have no problems with him from a personal perspective, but some of my hard earned dollars are tied in a company that is run by him and I am not happy with the performance of the company from the simple perspective of its SP.

"2.The board is not happy with the share price and what i gather dont know how to deal with it ? the institutions dont really understand BIOTA ,and share price reflects that and the barda was huge for BIOTA and the share price does not reflect all things that are BIOTA'S products".

They are simply misunderstood and have no way to control their own destiny. That is what I have been told by PC on multiple occasions.

So last year I put a contact of mine - an extremely high profile player in the PR and corporate communications industry - in touch with PC. He flew to Melbourne and and he and his Melbourne head took their time meet up and pitch their wares, but ultimately PC felt that Biota's investor and public relations were under control i.e. I read that as being they were happy with the way their investors and the market perceived them and obviously happy with the SP...

Lakey, that's not what PC told you and what I have been hearing from PC for a few years. Blaming that things are out of his control, but when you give him a serious helping hand, he says all is fine.

"4.Things will be very tight financially in the next few years and negiotiations with all pharma companys will be not easy..."

This was their excuse two years ago after trying to negotiate with a potential LANI licensee.

The problem is that here we have a manager who has no Business Acumen. Rather than negotiating any deal from a position of power, he believes that Biota is always coming from a position of weakness. Biota should be perceived as a top notch business with a great pipeline/potential and if the market perceived them in this way, their negotiations would be so much easier.

The above two points are the main underlying issues for many shareholders:

    - Poor Public Relations
    - A CEO with no Business Acumen.

Let's hope the board do not renew PC's contract, for the good of the company, but MOST importantly, before relieving him of his duties, they find a top notch successor with "business" runs on the board.

PC, you are a nice fellow, but I don't want just a nice fellow to run my company.
