Hey everyone, i would like to thank hotcopper and especially property forum members(they know who they are) for their great fact and figures posts on property investment. I sold my invest prop 3 weeks ago and what a relief it was. Im currently looking for a rental prop(have about 5 weeks to find one as the buyer asked for a exchange of contracts extension due to her contract she has on her current rental) Blind freddy can see this is only the beginning of the correction and what a big correction it will be in my opinion. Kincella if you have read all the posts here on this forum(not opinions but what is actually happening eg clearance rates,employment rising,retail crashing... the list goes on and on then surely you can see what is happening. Im sure the members here would not hold a grudge towards you kincella if you changed/swayed your opinion towards prop investment as we are here to help each other.
