My understanding is that many of the spare parts supplied by the rig providers were not in working order. In many cases they had not been stored properly. With all the unrest, key staff/resources had been lost from the rig providers and standards had been let slip. I doubt ADX will use the same providers ever again. Out of ADX's control unfortunately.

I'm glad ADX are ensuring all is in order before drilling, very professional. Remember, ADX are not paying for any of these delays as they have not officially excepted the rig as spud ready. Furthermore they are free carried on the entire drill also.

Will be worth the wait IMO.
