Challenger won't bail. They would want to get as many rigs back to work as possible. Even if Challenger went belly up (and I don't believe they will), the creditors would want Sidi Dhaher to spud.... and posession is 9/10 of the law any way.
The question of how many years it takes to get the Libyan O&G industry back to work, reseviour damage and what sequence of activity needs to happen is contextually relevant to all O&G investors but not for this spud IMHO.
