re: Ann: Despatch of Share Purchase Plan Offe... I am not eligible for SPP as I hold only options at the moment. The current SP might not excite most of shareholders to excise their SPP rights but there are chances that loyal shareholders (which control about 50%) will go for maximum allocation even at this price. As we already seen directors were already bought over 100k worth shares above SPP offer month ago. We can assume 1.5million is guaranteed and enough for testing backreef-1 well. The market needs price sensitive news on backreef about assessment, plan of action & timing, which will boost SP to 4cents level. Who know company might already have some plan first week of next month before SPP close to prompt SP.
