just wondering why you didnt buy property, say 300000 @ 7 % would cost 21000 interest pa
historically, if u held for 5-10 years it would be worth
between 30000-45000 pa tax free
compared to 27000 rent
down the drain and getting further away from owning property
or didn't you have the deposit
anyway it just goes to show why some of us buy so people like u can rent it
and the others only rent all their lives
again just wondering
