Setting up a business in Melbourne and not sure where I want to eventually reside. This apartment is perfect for a satellite office overlooking the river and towers as the peasant pillow biters go about there ways down below, none-the-wiser....lol
It has something to do with power being on top of the world also where greed is good and its legal to perve on chicks in other offices...lol
Can see little capital growth over the next few years and have exposure to good property holdings in exclusive areas anyway.
Would you fork out close to three quaters of a mill for a yield of 4% and no foreseable capital growth.
As far as putting my money somewhere else. I think I would prefer the hundreds of percentage gains from the stockmarket.
