Exciting times!! Bring on the core results!!

Can someone help me out in understanding the following specifically pertaining to EP413:
1. Does fraccing still commence on 1st September regardless of core results? Previous ANN's stipulate all advancements for fraccing on 1st September (although we don't know the results of the core sample?). They must be good, otherwise why frac in the first place, yeah?
2. BPRL funding limitations.... Who is paying for fraccing (I assume BPRL)? When does the BPRL financial committmant dry up?
