    A company has 100,000 shares & net assets $100,000.
    then 1for 5 at 35 so on issue 120,000 & net assets $107,000

    I have 1000 shares pre rts ie 1% or !% of n.a. = $1000. Take up rts ie 200 @ 35 cost $70.
    I now still have 1% of the net assets now being $1070

    Where have I been diluted.
