it shouldn't be this hard, and it wouldn't be this hard, if this management team had kept the market properly informed, instead of providing paltry excuses via back channels... instead back channels have been the MO (and have themselves gone silent of late), while shareholder value has been dying a slow and painful death...
and people still ramp on about how great this management team is...
nope, I'm putting odds on an announcement pulling the listing until conditions improve, to be followed some time later with an announcement of MR leaving the company, being thanked for his tireless work (read: talking up a nasdaq listing and getting lots of money into company coffers), while being handed a rather large bonus for all his good work for the company - while any mention of lost shareholder value will be politefully ignored ...
