I picked the top in house prices 2 years ago and have been bearish ever since.

I agree that housing prices need to crash.

Australia hasn't experienced a housing crash yet but we will unfortunately.

Actually it's already happening. Just take the Block for example.

3 out of 4 houses didn't make the reserve price to go to Auction.

This is due to the property market over valuing house prices to try to prop it up.

Either that or they have their heads in the sand and can't see where prices are going which is down.
