The more interseting thing you may have noticed was that Director David Richards bought 280k shares, most at 3.5 cents on around 8 - 9 August 2011 - the date of the report.

So the report dated 8 August being finally released a week after that date and a week after a Director purchases shares in his company is interesting - isn't it?

Did they delay the report because of the purchase to save embarrassment for the company and Mr Richards or doesn't his purchase matter in the scheme of things?

Director Buys at 3.5 cents and puts a report dated the day of his purchase but published a week later that takes the SP to 5 cents. Nice.
