no ...it was his entitlements that were withheld...so he did not receive it... but that begs the question, of what was in that large amount of entitlement....severance pay, holiday pay, travel or other allowances...???? or was it a bonus of some type...
wonder how all the health service workers feel...all those nurses etc like it was their union fees paid to this group to look after their wage and salary conditions... now they find out, it was used by him for other questionable !!health services....as in call girls
