The word is patience. The excellent results will continue to filter through.

Maybe some of the selling has been attributed to the recent drop in price of cerium oxide and other rare earth elements. As long as the basket price remains strong which it indeed is then I dont mind a slight drop off. The basket price of the deposit is still VERY strong.

Lanthanum, Cerium and Neodymium are our major rare earth elements.

I really cant see the price of Lanthanum, Neodymium and praseodymium dropping too heavily. Im not sure in Cerium but if it did come off in price Im sure some of our other rare earth elements would increase which will limit any fall in the basket price.

"Lanthanum is one of the rare chemicals, that can be found in houses in equipment such as colour televisions, fluorescent lamps, energy-saving lamps and glasses. All rare chemicals have comparable properties. La2O2 is used to make special optical glasses (infrared adsorbing glass, camera and telescope lenses). If added in small amounts it improves the malleability and resistence of steel. Lanthanum is used as the core material in carbon arc electrodes. Lanthanum salts are included in the zeolite catalysts used in petroleum refining because they stabilize the zeolite at high temperatures."

Not to mention that Molycorp just announced a new supply agreement with Hitachi.

"Under the new three-year deal, Molycorp will supply Hitachi with didymium metal and alloy, as well as lanthanum oxide.

Rare earth oxide and metal prices have spiked as China, which produces some 95 percent of the world's supply, has repeatedly clamped down on exports."

Didymium for those of you who dont know contains a mix of Neodymium which makes up 16.8% of our rare earth elements within the deposit and also praseodymium which is 4.6% of our deposit.

"Didymium (Greek: twin element) is a mixture of the elements praseodymium and neodymium"

I must add their has been recent "slight" decreases in the rare earth prices (due to fears of a second recession) which must have a few investors on edge but the basket price still remains strong. Demand for our rare earth elements wont just disappear. I believe they will only grow.

"BEIJING Asian Metal 22 Aug 11- According to European sources, neodymium oxide prices have begun to decrease over the past few weeks. Sources confirm that neodymium oxide 99%min offering prices, around USD370kg two weeks ago, were averaging around USD350kg last week. Local sources further added that despite a constant demand, fears of a second recession would help to deflate neodymium oxide's high price levels. A Poland based source noted that neodymium oxide prices have slightly decreased over the past.."

Neodymium down 20 dollars a kilo? hmm. Big deal.

This deposit will be double the size of Nolans Bore IMO. I feel the tonnage may be very similar except we have higher grades. This is by no means a negative towards ARU or its holders..you guys are definately further advanced and will have "first mover" advantage over PEK..I'm just trying to draw comparisons on deposit size and grade. At the end of the day I want ARU and LYC to fly because it will bode well for PEKs SP. If we do stay at current prices I personally feel a takeover will be on the cards. Wait for JORC and then we will see what happens.
