Ann: Change in substantial holding , page-13

Cashme, if we close above 14.5 for a session or two then we should be able to establish a new range. IMO of course. I have been harping on about that lvl for a while now, but we are struggling to breach it. Whether we do that now or not , who knows. Certainly positive price action into the close today but likely helped by a solid rally on the index. Only a matter of time though !!
