zmans i agree with you even 60mil would be too cheap for 50% if this is the offer i would be voting NO , i would prefer to wait longer and wait to get a better JV , WE should vote on it now , all that think upto 60mil is too cheap , thumbs ups , this would be a quick poll , wander if any at LCY read these posts ??
