Ian must have been kidnapped or something, thats the only explanation for this deafening silence regarding the MLA and what is actually going on at the company.
Surely they can contact the government and try get some form of an update, and then simply quote their reply in a market update and just add in some bits about site works, accomodation village etc etc.
If these time delays continue to happen the options we received earlier this year will be out of the money and the performance rights wont happen at all.
The problem with this is, the options if they were taken up by everyone would've helped to substaintially fund the remainder of the startup costs.
