Hmmm, a HotCopper member/s takes the initiative to seek clarification on various issues from the company and management agrees conditional that the issues/clarification will only be in relation to matters that are already in the public domain. Announcements etc can as evidenced by this forum can be interpreted differently and clarification can be sought by individuals to at least establish whether their interpretation is correct. I do this regularly in relation to stocks I hold or am considering holding.

Accordingly I cant see any reason for complaints or criticisms over the fact that some shareholders take the initiative, do their research and seek explanations where they may be unclear on matters that have been disclosed. In terms of any discussions an individual or group of shareholders have with a company there is absolutely no obligation on those shareholders to share their views/opinions on the meeting to anyone else. However, if they want to, they are entitled to do so and given this is a stock specific chat forum it will likely be very welcome by most here.
