Or a financing and offtake agreement for their 40% stake in Mt Bevan, or a cash settlement from LCY for the remainder. I can't see a merger unless the current directors kept their jobs, LCY would be mad to hire them, so the asset, IMO will be sold. HAW directors are all about keeping their jobs and their paypackets, not creating shareholder wealth.
