Of course this will only happen when pigs grow headlights on their wings and fly at night. You only have to get a sniff of qe3 or a bailout of some sort somewhere and the market rallies on this 'great news'. You have to be kidding. It fails and it fails time after time and the market rejoices when it sees another one coming.
