If its of any benefit - I spoke to the company this week about timeframes and when to expect news re the finalisation of the purchases and they mentioned it was 'progressing well and the agreement was with the vendors lawyers' as they spoke. They mentioned it was a large company that C@ were dealing with hence the somewhat drawn out exchange (i.e dotting the i's etc...). The gentleman that I spoke with indicated that we could expect an update 'in the next week or 2'.

hope that helps some.... it was certainly reassuring for me.
He mentioned that they werent going to release ann's just for the sake of releasing something, more that they wanted to release the news when it was all a done deal.
