I emailed trust manager, and he said buy back wasnt a consideration at this stage, probably because of the mirvac loan, I hope the forward projections that they stated in the presentation are super conservative, cos Im sure we could squeeze more profit out of the portfolio,

anyone here in the top 20 shareholders? I noticed a lot of the top 20 have been increasing their holdings, but then again who wouldn't so dam cheap

lets hope for decreased portfolio, increased rents, and perhaps the aussie could come down a bit,
