No cr at these levels and market sentiment cc, IMO it will be a significant farm down of FP, this will not only cover additional drill costs but will bankroll the company for the short term...

However the terms are sure to un impress the lonely vil holder...

I will continue to hold as a decent show on sd will produce multiples of the current share price.
And will be happy enough, if vil can manage to hold onto 50% of FP.
